    oh ok. so is this psp score what a potential employer would try to find during the hiring process?

    Again, no such thing as a score on the PSP. It's just a list of violations and wrecks with no numbers attached.

    And yes, some employers do pull a PSP report on new hires. Alongside MVR, dac and of course following the law by contacting past employment.
