Saw this story this morning. The thread I was commenting on someone said had to be a typo and there is an extra zero. Now I did see up thread here something about oilfield, but every picture in every story I have googled shows dry van. Go to their website and you see pneumatics. So the "energy" in Sisu Energy makes more sense, but those of us who have hauled out in the patch already know about the waiting.

Never seen or heard of them. If it was true they wouldn’t have to advertise and they wouldn’t have any openings.

Mmmmmm it's not that difficult for me to hit $10K as a solo with a van.

Supply and demand. The more people are deemed UNSAFE for marker lights, mud flaps, chaffed air lines, PC, the fewer that are available.

The oil fields are about to ramp up. I think it’s becoming profitable again. Great forecasts. Easy money for a bit

It’s oilfield work. The money is possible. It’s for owner operators not company drivers. It will go gangbusters again for a little while and then the horror stories of not being able to get trucks worked on and waiting weeks for parts will all be back again. I’m sure the owner operators who are there when it takes off again will make a killing until it all levels back out and everyone else makes their way to work in the oilfield again.

Rotfl. This post shows why truck drivers are looked down on.

It says right in their GD ad that its for OWNER/OPERATORS. I posted it, @Long FLD said it, yet y'all keep wonder "what the catch is".

If you don't know the Tx oil field industry, you wont understand.
