Not sure both pretty bull #### companies. I would go with the one by the house as bull #### as they are its you that it'll help.

Working by the house that is.
Working close to home came make a world of differance no matter what company your going to work for.

these are the EXACT same two i was trying to decide between. schneider tanker division or roehl 14/7 option...lots of good info here so of the two, schneider tanker/schenider in general may be the better choice? seems like alot fo drivers go on about how great roehl is ... I just learned what APU's are ,do both roehl and schneider trucks have apu's? seems like, from the feedback i got on my thread about APU's they're extremely useful to have

The vast majority of Roehl's trucks have either an APU or EPU. Both function similarly; the difference is that an APU is a small separate diesel engine that drives its own little generator and A/C compressor to provide power and air conditioning for the sleeper. The EPU is a bank of deep-cycle batteries that are charged from the truck's main engine; these batteries provide power for accessories and a 12V air conditioning system for the sleeper. If these deep-cycle batteries get drained past a certain point, the truck will auto-start the main engine and run it at about 1000 RPM for an hour to recharge them. Each type of system has a few pros and cons but they are minor.
