    LOL still no "other". Checked around, when the local rehires (laid everyone off on the economy going bad) pays drivers $18 per hour not the mile. Takes 10 hours out per day and pays you the rest. Your going to Florida and you get stuck in 2 mile an hour traffic, doesnt matter. I will still get that $18. Sorry I dont want you people knowing whom he is either (grin)

    I don't know how many. I guess that will depend on the success of this one. What I'm thinking is that, once there have been enough responses to this poll, I'll pare it down to the top 2 or 3 and add 10-15 new ones.

    I noticed that you have a lot of experience. Any suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated!

    Okay, the poll is about 9 hours old. 26 truckers have participated.

    JCT still has the early lead (30.77%). Roehl, the leader in the first poll, has but just 1 vote.
    Watkins Shepard is the only carrier, this early in the poll, that is giving JCT competition.

    C R England, Knight and Covenant have NO votes! Why?

    I have chosen to stay out of this one.
    I have never worked for any of the companys, and several on the list were on my short list when I decided to look for a new job last month (tired of being laid off).
    Good luck with it.
    The problem is that it will be more hear say than the other poll.
    Not many here would have worked for more than one of those companys.
