$1500 Bounty On Honda Driver

What if the Honda hit the front tire causing the truck to veer to the right?
"wouldn’t cough up a drivers license nor insurance." Probably had neither. Shocker that an illegal would even pull over, most of them hit and run. A friend of mine was rear ended by a landscape truck in heavy traffic (4 lane interstate) and my friend pulled onto the shoulder. The (insert ethnicity here, hint- what ethnicity dominates the landscape industry?) driver of the landscape truck did not pull over but waved and laughed and continued on down the highway.
