i am driving a new cascadia day cab. Yesterday I drove in the rain all day. After I got about 350 miles in, rain just started pouring in through the tops of the doors. I have had a few drops of water leak in from time to time, but never as bad as yesterday. Seriously I might as well have been driving around with the windows open. I did some searching and i see this is a pretty common problem with cascadias new and old, but nobody seems to have a solution that I can find. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. It's just weird that it will go weeks without leaking, then all the sudden it leaks like a sieve.

look at the outside of the door. is it flush with the body line?
if not, then it may be in need of adjustment to have it close against the door seals.
another quick check, from inside, try and slide your finger up between the door and seal, if you can put your finger all the way past seal, then the door needs adjusting.
should be warranty work. Body shop.Kyle G. Thanks this.
