Lost power to my pigtail connector at the Tractor.

Test lighted all fuses under hood, left side kick panel in cab and side box and all are OK.

Crawled under truck and all connectors are good.. Nothing grounded out or bare wires.

I've changed out all 30 Amp Fuze and nothing.

I've changed out all relays and nothing.

    Any help is appreciated.

Last 6 of VIN are 498329

With lights off only Center pin lights.

With light to marker position... Center pin and 1 o'clock pin light up.

With light to on (marker plus headlights), Center pin and 1 o'clock pin light up.

All other pins are dead in all 3 positions.

So no taillights, turn signals or stop lights?

I've got all lights now but had to run all wires from number 6 post to the number 2 post to get lights operational...

So what ever my issue is, it's connected to the number 6 pin on the Tractors pig tail connector.

Could the cab switch have went bad?

Again, what lights are you trying to get to work? It sounds like your aux and clearance lights work. Do your signal lights work? Do your taillights work? Stop lights? If you can tell me exactly what circuit does not work I can help you.
Pin numbers mean nothing as I have no idea if you are on the plug or jack.
