    I'll see your 19% and raise you to 23%. This is happening a lot at larger companies as they want to stay competitive and stop the pirating of their drivers to other companies. I drive for Pilot/Flying J delivering DEF and we went from $26 ph in August to $32 ph September...
    FYI, I dabbled at Walmart and this is a lot better job and MUCH more money.

    Yes, where I'm out of we just opened up our own DEF plant and I do drive a sleeper truck. Should I make use of the sleeper they will pay me a flat $35 extra each time, my goal is to never collect on that.

    It's the least stressful driving job I've ever had.

    Drivers leave Wal Mart to come here.
