A V8 detroit. Whoo hoo.
It's gonna be loud though whatever model it is. Whew... and I am a deaf man actually.
I kind of think it will be a older engine and not able to run the upgrade like todays trucks can. There has been generations of evolving in terms of power and torque since those fine old iron days.Shock Therapy and Bean Jr. Thank this. -

There are some guys that still run the Detroit 2 stroke daily.
There is a tri-axle that runs through my area all the time that runs a two stroke Detroit.
I can't tell if it's a 71 or a 92, but he does pretty well pulling the hills. And it seems pretty quiet actually.
I have heard some Detroit 2 Strokes that were much quieter than you can imagine. I think a lot of it is really the right Muffler.OLDSKOOLERnWV Thanks this.
