Sorry been tired not thinking yes The frame has been pacthed by Kenworth in 07 steel sleeve inside of frame because of a frame crake it's front of the suspension driver side all the way to almost back. Other side is clean this side has aluminium plate outside too. Kenworth of fairbault did this charged the guy 5500$. The frame otherwise looks really good. Mike Schafer of Foley rebuilt this engine he does a dam good job. Have a bunch of paperwork from owner before. Lot of work went into this truck in 07. Have probably 20k in repairs done. What is the best image hosting sites? Have bunch of photos to upload but don't like watching videos every time i upload one...

i think i knew mike zimmerman,.i think he pulled reefer for us a few years back?

    are you in MN too?

that is old school. remember my dads KL100's. the big red lights on the dash especially.

he did an oil change one time, fired up the truck and cam in the house as it warmed up. he was sitting at the table and looked out the window and saw one of those big red lights on. it was oil,the filter threads were cut wrong and one loosened up and dumped the oil. they pretty much told him tough beans, heres a new filter. he never ran those again, baldwins i think.

I bought all Napa brand when i was at the store buying brake fluid for my brother. Mike hauled dirt in a side dump i know he's driving a sterling now. Not sure what else he did. Yes I'm in Minnesota trucks up at my brothers. Any one ever use teltek gauges? Stock kw gauge 425$ teltek 250 plus it's digital... Going be fun learning as i go.

yeah, musta been a different Zimmerman. you may still have the annual napa filter sale going on,get the napa gold, which is wix. they are deeply discounted. napa's truck oil is Valvoline fleet guard i believe.

Your gauges may still work the problem could be wiring or sensor. For any gauge get the part number and check truckpro. Peterbilt wanted $147 for air pressure gauge, truckpro $52 just doesn't have Pete logo.
