The engine blows oil and is cold on the left side. Starts great. Lots of smoke and cold as you rev it up. Any thoughts

Blows oil where? Manifold cold at outlet on all three exhaust ports on left side? Does it clear up and how cold is it there?

The seals on the cross head pistons between the dome & skirt can leak a lot of oil into the air box. They will sometimes seal up when the engine gets warm. The racks could be unbalanced between the left & right sides causing one side to run cold. Have you run it long enough to see if it clears up at all?

We changed the super charger and the turbo because we thought the seals in the super charger were leaking. The air box is still getting a lot of oil into there. We opened the inspection covers on the block and oil keeps coming out of them. Its like oil is being picked up from the air box and pushed out through the piston

You may have been able to inframe it for the cost of a blower and turbo. A turbo and or blower will not do one side. They do that when the cylinders are worn out or wrist pin plugs are leaking. If the air box drains go back to the oil pan do any with that. Running Delo 100 40W or similar?
