I'd love to but I don't think its in the cards. I had to relocate for work a few years ago and I've made it back to where I have the project stored about 5 times for 2 or 3 days each time.

This has got to be one of my favorite pictures you've posted besides the ones with your wife. Men look at me like I'm nuts working on mine but hey ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Not that I will EVER try what you're doing. You have a GREAT family and support system. My hat's off to you all. Go Big Blue

I know it's nice and clean, but your valves and extra piping are going to stress that pipe nipple at some point. With heat, vibrations, time, and rough roads, I wouldn't be surprised if the nipple broke at the bushing.

    Leaving you stranded somewhere

How do you suggest i run it? I'm all for taking advice. I did this to my 6nz and that's been on for 2 years no issue but i do see the point and that's something i don't wanna deal with on side of thy road

I'd put the valves at the head, and the returns straight to the rear housing with 45* nipples for the correct heater hose size

I haven't read up, but why 3 returns?
