They backed into something and caught it at the passenger side lower rear corner. It will be a royal pain, but you should be able to straighten it all out.

The good news is if you are any good working sheet metal you can grind the rivets out and straighten that rear panel out.

    Oxbow and Modrob Thank this.

IMG_2105.JPG IMG_2109.JPG IMG_2110.JPG IMG_2111.JPG Headliner has some kind of cushioning left but nothing else. No way I'm talented enough (or rich enough) to put her back in perfect shape but I feel like I can make it look a little more decent...

IMG_2112.JPG Still trying to learn what and where components are, and their functions (if out of the norm)...fuel filters here but I'm confused on the many lines--three on each. I can understand IN and OUT but where does third line go?
The other pic I don't know yet what it/they are...maybe a water separator and ??

The headliner is easy. Tape up some plastic sheeting and cut it to fit. Use that as a trace form to cut a thick double walled card board piece. Go to any crafts store and buy some spray can fabric adhesive. Buy some thin fabric in the color you want spray the cardboard and back side of the fabric with the adhesive. Lay the fabric down on it and roll it with a rolling pin. Let the adhesive dry and voila, new headliner. Did quite a few cars that way. Comes out just as nice as the factory headliner.

The second pic is absolutely a water separator.

As for that third line. Follow it. Where does it go?

IMG_2095.JPG IMG_2097.JPG IMG_2098.JPG IMG_2099.JPG Here are those Specs that are posted across the driver side sun visor...some I can understand but most I'm still trying to figure out. Interesting are the "Kroger..." options...I'm guessing it was a Kroger truck at one time? LOL. I did speak with another former owner that had it around 2004. Used mostly on their yard moving stuff around at a petroleum plant. In his 70's, he got a kick out of hearing about it again and said it had a great motor in it. His memory thought it had polished aluminum tanks on it, (nice black gloss now) and no idea how the 24.5 tires and wheels ended up on it.

I think some are hard to follow with cab down and that is yet another problem I'll have to deal with..previous owner said it would jack up part ways then no further. From my readings I'm thinking maybe I can rebuild it with new orings and such...could be lift cylinder too I suppose...
