Is your main boat still in place through the dovetail ?

Yes everything was tight but you can see under air bag paddle is shiny and one side was completely against housing not sure if something is missing or wore out it may have been put together wrong before I got it it has three new springs when I got it and it’s on one of newer springs

Take some pictures I’m having trouble understanding exactly what’s slid where pretty simple setups unless cantering bolt sheared not a whole lot to move

From the description, it sounds like you have or had a loose set of U-bolts and it let it wear down the saddle on the axle. The factory air leaf should have the air bag pedestal under the axle going to the rear and the springs on top. You mentioned it's a 3 leaf? That's odd, the 3 leaf setup started going by thew when the 379 was launched. The older 359 style air leaf had 3 leafs, my 92 had 2 leafs. Make sure you have the identical setup on each wheel end, I'm sure you did. I think I'd have to take the U-bolts out of that axle, lift the truck up high enough to inspect and see what the saddle looks like for the springs to set on.
