1991 FLD 120 Cat 3406B no low beams working

Hi guys I was looking at the high beam post not working and I have the same issue but with my low beams not working, suddenly they stop working and also my running lights are dead when I flick the head light master switch up, I have my High beams working though but then when I flick the switch down all my running lights are good. Now I did check my head lamps and they are good on both Low and High beam so they are not burn out.
I am going to test my head lamp switch to see if that is my culprit but if you had any suggestions what to look for I will really appreciate it! I will check also the relays for the low beam but I don’t know where are these 2 located, any help will really be appreciated
