    Hi guys,
I am coming for help after I had been trying on my own to solve my blower issues, I got new blower and resistor after I changed them still didn’t work, my ac heather relay is working my breaker is good and I have 12.5 volts to the plug that connects to the blower, I check ground too and it is working, I also put power direct to the blower and it works, I check for power to the resistors cables and yes they have power! I tested the switch knob and you have power to the connector that goes to the blower too when you change speeds. It was working fine before.

Anybody can tell me what could be my culprit please? At least next week weather is not that bad but not for long canada cold weather is coming soon. I really appreciate the help!

thanks for any input you guys can give me.

Did you put the meter on the blower motor and see if there is voltage on it when it is turned on?

Something to check is the ground, try to take a piece of wire from the chassis to the motor to see if it is a ground.

The relay could be bad, it could have enough carbon buildup that the contacts won't work with a load on it.

Hey sunita and ridgeline thank you for your input, I did get it working, it was the relay that melted the wire that send the power to the motor (198t I believe can’t remember) I spent Saturday all day. I had to brake the relay bracket and extended the wires for now to be able to connect the wires on the new relay.
Now I have a question for my back up light which is not working, Do you know where can I find the ignition controlled circuit breaker 10 amp?
I used to have power 12v all the time going to the back up switch but my wire snap and I guess it trip that 10 amp breaker but I can’t find it.
