Is the odometer in the speedometer, and if so is the speedo working?

Yes Speedometer is working and the odometer is on the speedometer by the way the speedometer is of like 20 km when I compare it with the phone speedometer

Those clear tubes are light pipes. A single light bulb in the grey star shaped thing sends light to other parts

It looks like the cut wires are going to the switches or indicator lights between the speedo and tach. Can you get better pictures?

If the speedo works but the odo doesn't there's a problem inside the gauge

Speedos need to be calibrated to the drivetrain. Should be dip switches on the back side to dial it in based on gear ratio and tire size

    Magoo1968 and Oxbow Thank this.

Actually it moved from 493411 to 493505 over the course of more than 600 km and stayed in there and I haven’t seen it going up anymore.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

In addition to what @RocketScott said, do you know if your speed sensor is on the back of the transmission? It should be. Those sensors aren't terribly expensive, and can be out of adjustment (lock nut that holds it close), but it sounds more like speedo needs calibrated.

ok thanks for the info, the odometer 2 weeks ago I reset it to zero and moved 23 km and also didn’t move anymore.
Where can I get a service diagram for wiring so I can start to redo all those cut wires?
