1993 international 9400 n14 clutch? Gear?

As í put the gear into 1st it feels that it goes in, then as í release the clutch í hear a grinding coming from under the shift stick. This only happens in low gears and not in reverse. Any help with what it might be

I would say your hi-low range shifter is messed up in the rear section of the trans.
