That's a good price for a 1994 Peterbilt 379 EXHD with a 3406E CAT that's just been rebuilt. Is that 700,000 miles on the rebuild, or all in on the truck? That thing is due for another rebuild shortly, especially if it's been sitting.
You should spend some more time reading more threads on this board and learn about how to safely buy a truck.
1994 Freightliner with 700,000 fpr $30k, is this a good buy?

1994 was the first year with electronic engines (ECM)
1989 to 1993 model year trucks are very difficult to find .
Why? Those years put out the most reliable trucks dating back 50 years
1994 was the first year for Automatic slacks(Transitional) and The Beginning of experimental ABS
So Im guessing his price must correlate with these factsRideandrepair and Zeviander Thank this. -

That’s a nice looking Truck. It must have a 425 C model Cat. The C was a good engine. Had larger rods and mains.Recommended to change @ 500 k instead of 250 k on b model. Otherwise same as a b model.Great engine. Was the king of the hill for years. They were available
