this is the factory bunk heater system. A/C worked fine for the summer, but now i cant get any heat out of it. the temp dial/knob on the wall doesnt seem to be doing anything. the hoses going to the bunk are cold. it is plumbed exactly the same as my other t600. i took the aluminum bed panel off to get a look at everything. no power goes to the hot water valve on the heater core while moving the temp dial. so i removed the panel where the temp knob, light switches, and A/C-heat rocker switch is. i unplugged the temp dial harness and there is no power to that plug either. its as if the temp dial isnt even getting power, to be able to send a signal to the heater control valve. everything thing else in the sleeper works fine, except this temp dial thing. anyone else ever have this problem?

I had that problem. It was a fuse on my Freightliner Century. My truck has fuse panels behind the seats along with in the dash. Did you look at your fuses?
