1996 Volvo D12 wia

At the truck now , sent several emails , awaiting the response. , no power to ecm wire 583 , not 283 , my mistake . I believe it should be a ground when ignition is on.

 

Discovered that my psr relay was not activating wire 583 , with ignition on it should be a ground , I got full power with key on , page 165 of the d12a trouble shouting guide . Going to check on part now . Any information would be great . I'll let you know if it works out. Thank you

 

I am not get the the truck to begin to cycle every few sec to aminute , error on the dash cluster E-02 any ides? . Trying to get a new psr now.

?? I'm not sure what the edc relay is . I have jumped nothing ? $2000 ecm just installed ???? Jumping what please
