    One more hidden trap

    Injectors brand.

    Volvo used Bosch and Lucas (delfi) injectors. They are not compatible. If ECM for Bosch - use only bosch injectors, if for Lucas - only Lucas.

    Remove valve cover to check injector type. Use VCADs pro to read software version

    I do not have a vCad pro , I will look , how do I know what the ecm is ? Can I check with the person I bought it from?

    Sent them a email , we shall find out , I just replaced the valve cover gasket and I'm 80% sure they were Bosch , but I will double check .

    Replaced the prs and still nothing , traced all wires for ecm power and cleaned all grounds . No luck , just cranks . Still error 14

    Power pins EB 11-12 and 6 with hot wire from battery box
    And it must start

    EB is the connector! It is lower connector.

    Upper one is EA

    Apply 12 Voltage on contacts after relay. All 11 12 and 6 pins must be hot. Engine starts with 14 code
