1996 Volvo D12 wia

Will try, I'm going to keep looking until I figure it out. It's a single circuit system , all circuits have to be connected to work. But have no idea why I can't get power to my main sensors. Cam, crank , tach, fuel pressure ,boost pressure sensor ect . I have power but code 14 is shutting it down somewhere ???

I have a DCM data concentrator module ?

 

582 engine shut down wire has power coming out of cab , no power on pin 29 still error 14

 

No dcm found in cab

 

Cut wire 582 to pin 29 , still error 14 , now engine protection signal is not active .

 

Would you know what the voltage should be on pin 29 ? I can't seem to locate this information.
