I have a 1998 12.7 I am here in columbus ohio wondering if anyone knows someone that can check and fix or replace the ecm part number r23519307 any help would be greatly appreciated

Just replaced mine earlier this year. Same year, model and engine. They had to use an industrial series 60 ECM due to not having the truck engine version. Apparently you can use the equipment one in trucks but not the truck one in equipment.

Change fuel filter, fuel coming out small line on fuel pump when cracking. Hot wire from battery to ecm good. You turn key on no lights on dash. Use starting fluid will run just fine as long as you spray but gauges still not working and just put 43 gals of fuel in it plus new batteries
