Hey guys we have this truck and it’s been sitting for a while and we use it for work whenever we break down we have that as a back up so it only gets used like a week out of the whole year. I took it out for a quick drive for 5 min bobtail and when I got back I noticed it was dripping oil from the turbo. What can be wrong? If it helps it’s a 3406e and the turbo was replaced I say 10 years ago

Most likely the turbo seals went bad.

Replace it before you have a runaway engine because of dry seals.
