While I'm still waiting on the oil analysis results, are there any smaller issues that can cause high pressure in the coolant tank? It has sat for 3 full days and I just went out there, took the reservoir cap off and there was enough pressure to shoot coolant in the air.

I just got the lab results today and it says there is a severe level of coolant in the oil. What do you all think? Anything i can test or check?

Well you have a few different possibilities, but I would lean towards a head gasket / cracked liner. One of your cheaper ways of testing if you insist on doing it yourself would be to drop your oil pan and pressurize your coolant system. Leaks or more likely drips / bubbles will start to show themselves at the culprit.

Should the kenworth heat up faster/ overheat if the head gasket is bad? It actually takes abnormally long time to head up and stays at or under 180

Not necessarily if you're sitting there just letting it idle. If you go out and attempt to work it on a long hard pull more often than not you will notice an overheat condition. This repeated overheating / cooling process is what leads to the demise of aluminum parts and especially heads. I highly suggest if you have excessive pressure buildup in your coolant system an oil analysis to back it up that you need to get your motor to a mechanic or cat house soon or your repair bill is just going to keep climbing.

I just spoke with a shop and the guy says he thinks it could be the air compressor? This is a new one, should I take it to a different shop?
