1999 W900 cb radio mounting options

Would look pretty unique if he actually had a single flat windscreen..... Lol

 

Drill holes and use a metal piece as the anchor on the inside of the cubby hole be perfectly fine.

 

I got a 95 Flat glass W9. Theirs a metal plate that should be drilled for CB bolts. What you need to do is fab up a bracket that extends towards the back of the cab so you have room to mount it. Theirs a million ways to do it so take your pick. If you find something off the shelf let me know.

Cobra 29 in between the visors at top, only problem is it blocks movement of the visor, don't like that.

 

I have a T 800B with a 2 piece flat windshield, which is the same as a W 900 and it has a factory bracket that is mounted on top of the dash board aprox. center, my W900L is mounted on the overhead but it has a i piece curved windshield.
