1st i drank the kool-aid then.....

i bought a truck...

we have been company drivers for over 7 years and still would be BUT the company (us xpress) changed the trucks they are getting in no more auto's for about a year, (YES we can both driver a standard..!) but getting older and after being young dumb and thinking i was bullet proof i did some stuped things (we all did back then)

we both have some arthritis and driving a 10 sp all day is just not going to happen so we went out and got a NEW TO US 06 volvo 780

LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN.......

 

out with the old 09 pro-star and in with the new 06 volvo

it's good to be back in a volvo so much more room

the small screen lower left is a touch screen for the laptop to display the laptop's gps and also for the blind side camera and i can add 2 more cameras to it. note the xm radio thats because the truck has an am/fm cassette player right now but will be getting a am/fm/xm cd player when we get home
