I just received this message from a former McElroy driver.

"Yep, just checked their website. $500/week for orientation week & 6 weeks of training. Then a new driver will make 43cpm the first year. "

    chy3280 Thanks this.

Actually, pre-tax is $500/week for the week of orientation & for each of the six weeks of training. Take-home will depend upon the number of exemptions you claim.

EDIT: Oops! Chinatown beat me to it!

Pay em when you get it! I never plan on money being there, they will alwaysfind something to "ADD" to the next check!

Never heard that. They didn't take out for those things when I was there. Just gave them to us.

If you fail to complete training they will deduct for hard hat, glasses and vest. It's around $10 total.
