Which company picks up the garbage in your area? Some of those trucks are Class-B.

 

How is she going to ‘take care of it’?

If you are driving a CMV on a road that restricts your vehicle based on size and weight, drive perfectly, yet have a drunk with an open container, hit you head on, who’s at fault?

If the idiot that hit you had insurance, that insurance company will realize (it will take some time) that you all are operating illegally and it’s an EASY payday. You will be named on that lawsuit. Your boss will probably throw you under the bus.

Hopefully, you don’t own any assets.

this was months ago. the amazon van record him admitting he was fine. Im not worried about the lawsuit. "How is she going to ‘take care of it’?" To answer this. She was suppose to send over the insurance to the BMV. Im assuming she's gonnna do it this time. Because it affects her that I had to recently not clock into work as she really needs help for the peak season and can't be dropping routes at amazon delivery
