Semi new driver in need. I only have 5.5 months of solo otr experience with my last company. I was terminated for not reporting bumper damage until 2 days later until i got back to my terminal. Within those 5.5 months, i had 2 preventables and 1 non preventable. Are there any lenient companies that would hire me with this? Or...should i just wait for them to fall off. NO SMART COMMENTS PLZ, im very defensive.
