the funny thing is here is that both tickets are now here considered speeding not reckless. also idk if insurance companys check for charges or points but now i only have -6 points and with a driving school ill only have -1 but idk what there looking for. anyways some ppl in the same situation has been helping me so i might have a chance to show some ppl i am a better person now and those days where just childish things i did and over now. oh and now drug charge was me walking not in a vehicle.

but thanks everyone again and thanks for anymore post after this.

You have too many points. Wait for those points to clear before you waste any more time getting a CDL, as your state may not even give you a CDL. Remember that driving is a privilege and not a right.

Whoever is training you is ripping you off.

If you don't have an O/O friend or relative you won't sign on with an O/O. Even then I couldn't see anyone pay the ungodly amount of money to insure you. I hate to be honest but you won't be trucking anytime soon. Hopefully I'm wrong but I don't think so.

Why does everyone think O/O's are the answer?

Why does everyone think O/O's are the answer? :biggrin_2558: Story is "THEY ALL RICH " and remember Sony Pruit or B.J McKay never turned down anyone who needed help.

I don't assume they are rich, but many will rip you off,i.e.,you will have to pay taxes like a sub contractor, workmen's comp, and who knows what else,-will not fix truck on road, not pay one back for tolls, etc. Not all,but some will,as they too,are looking for slave labor,as many mega carriers. IMO

You've got a lot to learn man. In this industry, any speeding ticket over 15mph is considered reckless. It doesn't matter what your state considers reckless driving. It's this thing called "industry standards".

THBatMan8, Lonesome and BigJohn54 Thank this.
