2 speeding tickets

    does anyone know of a company that will hire a driver with a 16 over in may 09 in a cmv, and a 17 over in feb. 2010 in pov. ive been out of work since late oct. and really need to find a job.

    I think you may be outta luck since 15 or more over the limit is considered reckless driving good luck but it is going to be a rough search

    Only time can heal that! Oh and they will disqualify your CDL for thirty days for having two CDL offenses within a three year period...

    Last place I worked they didn't allow more than one +15 ticket in 60 months & +20 was un-hireable...

    My one ticket for 20 over has prevented me from obtaining decent driving work or becoming an O/O as none of the leasers insurance will accept me.

    I would think two tickets, in that short of a time regardless what you were driving..you are pretty much done in the industry...insurance companies wont touch you with a ten foot pole. maybe after one drops off..you will have a chance
