    If I go to school in tennessee but have a kentucky permit and I take the third party test at the school in tennessee will kentucky honor it or will I have to test for kentucky too? I want to attend school in tennessee but have a kentucky address and permit so I was just wondering.

    Talk to the school administrator.
    Usually you will get a CDL from the state the school is in, then return to your home state DMV office and change it to your home state.
