2 teen girls charged in nursing resident abuse

If factual, think the careGIVERS are the SICK ones.

 

As the sole caregiver of a parent with Alzheimer's --- I KNOW what it's like.
And, believe ME, it AIN'T easy, or pleasant.
More like heartbreaking.
Not EVERYone is capable of caring for an Alzheimer's patient.
But not for the reasons those two teens are accused of.
Where's the compassion?

If I were their parents, I'd be SURE to have LONG-TERM health
coverage to AVOID the potential that their daughters might be
THEIR caregivers, someday.

 

I want to be understanding of people. I really do. But I hope these girls get the pleasure of enjoying the bulls in a female prison. They are monsters that deserve no sympathy.

WOW, having worked in geriatrics for over 20 years stories like this make me sick....our elderly are NOT well cared for in this country to say the least. All "kids" need to be taught to respect their elders as they are a true TREASURE....but alas respect is a rare thing these days.

 

I've been watching this on the news, there were six girls total, only two of them are over 18,, sad world we live in.

 

This is really a crappy thing. I hope those little wenches get their tail ends handed to them, but knowing luck, the stupid judicial system will let us down and they'll get off easy with probation or something. They should have their time in prison. That might change their attitudes!!
