Do a web search on “ room to live”
Find the one from like 1971 or so. While mostly focused on automotive crashes, the concepts apply to trucks as well. It is from the 70’s so it’s a bit hokey. But it is accurate information and really still applies today. -
Another friend who was wearing a seatbelt when he slammed into a huge elm tree..he died after being in a coma for 6 months..
As a dumb teenager I lost control of my Camaro in a curve and ended up in the passenger seat when the car finally stopped. Since that day I have never not worn a seatbelt. -

All my old cars and trucks only have lap belts so it looks like I’m never wearing a seat belt to someone that doesn’t know any better.

Yikes....seatbelt ticket may be the worst one to get of the moving violations, mainly because that one is inexcusable.
Then again....no chains on your truck?! In Washington?! In November?! Where it's already snowed?! Ehhh how long you been driving? -
