    What I didn't see is whether these "DOT cops" wrote the violation as part of a Level 1, 2, or 3 inspection, or if they wrote a standalone violation from their jurisdiction. That makes a huge difference, trying to DataQ a violation (good luck) or the ability to go to court and challenge it.
