    This might not help but the TA just east of Seattle might have them, they will be expensive. If you can get there I would call first to make sure. Probably at the shop area. Good luck

    I've got 2 of their ratchet binders with the removal handle, and they're a bit awkward to use the handle until you get the hang of it.

    Thanks. A friend of mine is looking, he has a discount at Harbor Freight he can use, he just wanted to know if he could find it cheaper anywhere.
