Hi guys. Need some expert advise from the gurus.

    I have a 2000 FLD 112.

My driver just told me that the power divider lock, when he flips the engage switch, does not operate.

He does hear the buzzer, but the rear axle does not engage properly.

Is there a way to diagnose this properly. We have jacks, forklifts, and various tools.

    thanks

Hi there Ichudov, i imagine the assembly is air driven yes? If so my first step would be to remove the air line from where it enters the divider and see if you get air pressure out of the line when requesting the lock. If you do you'll need to look at the power divider, if not look more upfront.

Probably an air problem, like a leaky O ring, not allowing the pressure to build through and engage.

Just my guess though. I honestly have no idea.
