Replaced electical distribution box with like new from salvage yard because main power stud going in front was corroded. Now headlights will go out on high beam. It takes a few minutes after going to high beam, but the breaker gets hot, and kicks out. Low beams run all night. Replaced both breaker and relay. Any thoughts? Thanks

did you go through the used box and see if all of the wiring was in good shape before you installed it?

Just pulled a few screws out and glanced inside. Looked for the typical KW burnt spots around the clearance light fuse(s)...all looked good. Came from a 06 800 daycab...no extra lights, figured it would be good. Not really sure on this one.....
