2001 freightliner no hi idle

    When starting up this morning , noticed I could not switch on to Hi Idle..No light was on in the switch, also noted that the switch would not rocker down. Is the switch a rocker switch in both directions UP and Down? Is this ckt fused, if so where is the fuse located?

    Sounds like your switch is toast. It has prolly had quite a few "toggles"!!!

    If it is OK, check the clutch switch too.

    on clutch pedal assembly. sometimes when spring pedal is held up is weaken, C/C wont working

    I replaced the Hi Idle switch and now everything is fine, thank you for your comments and help. have a nice day.
