Truck is parked and in PTO mode, high idle:
    1. When clutch is depressed the idle does not go down - is this normal?
I bypassed clutch switch - no change.
I compared ohms with a new switch and have same reading.
1A. What should the input voltage be, with key on?
    2. When service brake is depressed idle does not go down - is this normal?
I bypassed the service brake switch - no change
    3. When parking brake is released idle does not go down - is this normal?
I bypassed the parking brake switch - no change.
When I remove either of the 2 connection leads idle will drop.

    Thank you.

    ISSUE SOLVED.
I replaced an air line manifold, behind the stereo/CB panel and removing the 'B' Panel for additional access.
To check air connections at the manifold, with the parking brake released, I heard an air leak. Hidden behind a bundle of air lines running horizontal I found the Parking Brake Switch which was causing the air leak. Replaced the switch and cruise control now works. I took the switch with me to KW to match and the one that was for my truck, per KW, had smaller male threads but, did have the correct one in stock for $25.
