Will be checking the IPR , Cam sensors, ICP sensor this week and keep you guys posted. Thanks for all the feedback so far, from other sources as well it seems those 3 items were a common failure in my truck. Should have started there , than spend so much thus far.

With Internationals and DT engines, the only normal situation that causes a flashing check engine light is when the engine is about to shut down because of the idle shutdown timer. This is a fast rapid steady flash. If the light is coming on and off more randomly with not a specific pattern, that could be a problem with the engine losing battery power and going through start up sequence and a bulb test every time power is restored. If you have loss of battery power, you will get "unexpected reset" codes and other modules like the body controller and ABS ecu will log codes about loss of communication with the engine controller. If the engine is losing ignition power, the engine will not log any codes, but the other modules will still log the same ones.
