How would I go about replacing my non serviceable hubs and converting them. And what would be compatible?

I assume your talking about the hubs that have a sleeve that slides over the spindle which prevents over or under torquing the bearings. You can get rid of the sleeve and replace the bearings with ones that aren't designed for that style. I think I would stay the style that has the sleeves. I had the same style (Conmet was the brand if I remember correctly) got rid of mine to try the snake oil brand Micro Blue bearings. I had a couple of wheel seals start leaking, maybe from slightly undertorqued bearings. I never had a steer axle wheel seal leak before the change.
