If the woodgrain is not all beat up, just dirty and dull. Try simple green, followed by some Armour All Detailers Advantage Tire Foam. It is not super shiney, been using it for number of years.

 

Just what I was talking about. Do some googling and see if there are any problems with the quality of it though.

 

they have more than rosewood, they have chrome, stainless steel etc.
