2003 Kenworth W900 c15 6nz Possible Wiring Issue?

When I turn the key off the engine wont shutoff, All of the interior gauges and radio etc. shutoff, except for the trouble light panel it always stays on. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but the abs light is on and when I felt the abs relay a day after I shut the truck off it was almost hot. I pulled out the abs fuse and relay but something still kills the battery. There were a few times where the truck shutoff but not recently.

 

Figured the problem out. We just bought the truck and the qualcom system had been removed and the wiring is still there and there must be some bare wires touching.
