yeah might be best just to go into a shop and get your wiring checked out, it could of took some damage after 10 years...

it sounds like a bad fuse panel. the 379 petes have a bad problem with the fuse panel going out. the due to the location of it. the lack of space prevent the panel from get any ventalation. and the dirt and moisture from being next to the door on the floor. would wear it out. from the symtoms explained. that sounds about right. if the trck has chicken lights on it. then that is a problem. so first i would check out the lighting harness on the bottom of the cab. and i would look for added wiring behind the front bumper and then once it has been checked. then i would check for added wiring in the cab and sleeper along the floor or under the carpet. drivers would add un-needed interior lighting becuase they think it's cool and ad value to the truck. once done there. i would pull the panels off the dash and check the wiring for cuts black tape, platic store bought connecters. and more extra wirring that was added. the factory wiring for the petes are i believe white. and nothing is very well labeled behind the dash panels. it's basically a guessing game. so pay very close attention when unpluging swithches to check or replace them. you loose the plug for that switch. there is a few more in there just like it. that are dead plugs.

honestly! if your just a company driver. leave it alone and report the problem to the owner. and let them decide what to do with the issue.
