2004 Peterbilt 379 Door latch won't open from either side

    I have a 2004 Peterbilt 379 my drivers door will not open from the outside or inside got the door panel off all the rods are in place everything looks good anybody have any ideas please share I’m at my wits end

    Can you see the latch itself? Are the rods all hooked and moving it? May be latch itself is stuck, especially if it’s cold out. Did you already try to hold handle and hit it hard from inside? Once it’s open it may not close. Might want to wait till you’re near the Dealer or home for parts.Also make sure the lock/rod is working right.
