Intake is .02mm (.008" in.), exhaust is 1.6mm. Injector adjustment is screw adjuster down until it contacts then turn 4 flats on nut. Bridge adjustment is screw adjuster down until it contacts valve then turn 1 flat.

    Westsidetruckservice Thanks this.

Is this the same for a 2007 D12D 465hp? I found a service manual on the net that said there were two special tools for checking the double rocker arm(IEGR) for the D12D. Help would be great thanks

well worth the price don't ya think? DO NOT rush them! tell um to do it COMPLETELY! a good thing to do during your 10hr mandatory OOS. Show 12 hrs on the repair ticket!

I found the info I needed on Volvo truck site. Did them myself, no adjustment needed. Will check them in 100000 miles. Saved me $250 plus.
Heres a tip, to turn the motor over put it in high gear and jack up the right rear tire and turn. I used my wife as the eye on the cam for the right timing.
