Greetings guys. Our rig just started leaking oil around the front cover but the fan keeps spreading the oil so we cant determine exactly where it is coming from. it only leaks after pulling loads, and leaking is limited to how much work it does. we have no experience with this newer engine, and want to research the possible causes of this leak before attempting to open her up and take a look. Need your help guys... schematics/diagrams, ideas, suggestions any and everything you may be able to offer on this is welcomed.

    Thanks in advance :)

Make sure your breather tube is free of obstructions, if it becomes plugged your engine will leak more like you say. Believe it or not, but the oil fill tube/neck is pretty common for making a mess in that area. That would be a cheap and quick fix, only a couple of orings. Other than that, you're going to have to wash the area and just road test it see exactly where it is coming from.

    HIJINX Thanks this.
